What it does
CelioShip gives import teams one shared workspace for every shipment file. Suppliers, clients, containers, Bills of Lading, insurance, documents and loading pictures sit together on the file, with a clear status: Draft, Departed, Arrived, Closed.
Free-time clocks, demurrage and other alerts are recalculated every day, so the team sees which containers need attention first. Finance then handles costing, receivables and invoices on the same file, with approvals and a full history of changes.
A built-in voice assistant answers questions in English, French or Arabic. Ask about any shipment, deadline or report and get the answer straight from your own files.
